Recruitment Services Agreement№ , . 2013 duly represented by , and Advanst Rekrutment Company LLC duly represented by Executive Director Shuliak T.A. hereinafterreferred to as the «Contractor», on the other hand, collectively referred to as the Parties, have entered into this Agreement (hereinafter the«Agreement») and agreed as follows: 1. Scope of Agreement 1.1 The Customer entrusts the Contractor, and the Contractor undertakes to render the Recruitment Services including search, selection and introduction of requirements (hereinafter the «Services»). Each Service Order shall be sent by the Customer`s authorized representative to the Contractor`s authorized representative in writing by mail or by electronic communication means (e-mail: zakaz@soft-staff.ru). Each Order shall be duly executed by the Parties as a respective Appendix hereto making integral part of this Agreement. Template of Annex is located in Annex 1 of the present Agreement. 2.
