THIS CONSTRUCTION AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) is made and entered into this 10th day of April 2023 by and between the CITY OF ZEPHYRHILLS, a Florida municipal corporation, having its principal office at 5335 8th Street, Zephyrhills, FL 33542 (“City”) and AMICI ENGINEERING CONTRACTORS, a corporation organized and authorized to do business in the State of Florida, having its principal office at 28947 State Road 54, Wesley Chapel, Florida 33543 (“Contractor”). The City and Contractor shall collectively be referred to as the “Parties”, and each may individually be referred to as a “Party”.
