Lands located at 22164 Dundonald Road, Glencoe, are zoned ‘Agricultural’ within the Southwest Middlesex Official Plan and are proposed for development within the current zoning. The property contains existing residential building and additional structure on site. The proposed site plan agreement has been agreed to by the owners of the facility and staff are recommending that council approve the agreement.
