This professional services agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into this day of December, 2023 (the “Effective Date”), by and between CITY OF MANOR, a political subdivision of the State of Texas (“City of Manor”) acting by and through its duly authorized official, Scott Moore, City Manager( “City Manager”), and GRANT DEVELOPMENT SERVICES INC., a Texas corporation (“GDS”), acting by and through its duly authorized official J. Gandolf Burrus, President. City of Manor and GDS may be referred to individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties”.
