MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN THE CITY OF HEMET ANDSeptember 10th, 2024
This Memorandum of Understanding (hereinafter "MOU") is entered into between the City of Hemet ("City") and the Hemet Professional, Administrative & Supervisory employees bargaining unit and Hemet Mid-Manager's Association (together hereinafter known as "HMMA" or "Association"), pursuant to the provisions of the Meyers-Milias-Brown Act. This MOU shall be effective from July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2026; and thereafter shall continue in effect year by year unless one of the parties notifies the other in writing of the request to modify, amend or terminate this Agreement.
