This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between 1-800-Reconex, Inc. (Reconex), a corporation organized under the laws the State of Oregon, with offices at 2500 Industrial Avenue, Hubbard, Oregon 97032 and Verizon New England Inc., d/b/a Verizon Massachusetts (“Verizon”), a corporation organized under the laws of the State of New York, with offices 185 Franklin Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02110. (Reconex and Verizon may be referred to hereinafter, each individually, as a "Party," and, collectively, as the "Parties").
