Citizens and Vendor shall each be known as a “Party,” and collectively shall be known as the “Parties.” Unless expressly provided for in this Amendment, in the event of a conflict between the provisions contained in the Agreement and those contained in this Amendment, the provisions contained in this Amendment shall prevail.
