Please read this TDA Dental Concierge End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) carefully before downloading or using the TDA Dental Concierge mobile software application (including all related data, associated media, and documentation, the “Application”) and/or learning management system (including all related data, associated media, and documentation, the “LMS”). As used herein, “Product” means either the Application or the LMS, and “Products” means both the Application and the LMS. This is a binding agreement between you (“End User” or “you”) and Texas Dental Association, a Texas nonprofit corporation (“TDA”, “we” or “us”), governing your use of the Products.
