The Service Provider and the Customer acknowledge that the Prior Service Agreement is hereby replaced in its entirety by this Agreement. Pursuant to Article 20 of the Prior Service Agreement, this Service Agreement shall be effective, and the Prior Service Agreement shall be terminated, upon the execution of this Service Agreement by the Service Provider and the Customer. Upon such execution, all provisions of the Prior Service Agreement are hereby superseded in their entirety and replaced herein and shall have no further force or effect.
