This Amendment is hereby entered into by and between A-TEC Recycling, 5745 NE 17th Street, Des Moines, IA 50313 (hereinafter “Contractor”) and the City of Lincoln, Lancaster County and the City of Lincoln- Lancaster County Public Building Commission (hereinafter “Owners”), for the purpose of amending the Contract dated March 23, 2022 executed under City Directorial Order No. 27683, and County Contract C-22-0210, dated March 29, 2022, and executed by the City of Lincoln-Lancaster County Public Building Commission, on April 12, 2022 , for Annual Service – Ballast, Lamp and Battery Recycling Services, Quote No. 6486, which is made a part of this amendment by this reference.
