The United States Coast Guard (USCG), Maritime Safety and Security Team (MSST 91104) located at 13411 Hillard St., Houston, TX, 77034-5635 and the National Aeronautics and Space Administration Lyndon B. Johnson Space Center (NASA or NASA JSC) seek to enter into this Annex to enable NASA JSC to provide training locales and resources to USCG personnel with the utilization and functionality of multiple systems and techniques provided by the unique environment of the Neutral Buoyancy Laboratory (NBL) and to allow USCG to conduct training of MSST personnel in the NBL.
