This Limited Partnership Agreement (this "Agreement") of Artaga Investment Fund, LP (the "Fund") is made as of October 1, 2016 (the "Effective Date") among ARTAGA GP, LLC (the "General Partner"), as the general partner, (NAME OF THE FIRST LIMITED PARTNER) (the "Initial Limited Partner") as the initial limited partner, and each other person who is admitted to the Fund as a limited partner in the manner provided herein. The Initial Limited Partner and each additional Limited Partner are hereinafter referred to individually as a "Limited Partner" or collectively as the "Limited Partners." The General Partner and the Limited Partners are hereinafter referred to individually as a "Partner" or collectively as the "Partners."
