This is a legal document with Clayton State University (“University”). When this Contract is executed, it becomes a binding agreement – a contract between the Student (and parent/ guardian/ guarantor if the student is under the age of 18) and the University. This means that signing this contract commits you to paying for a room in University Housing for the entire contract period, regardless of available financial aid or enrollment status. Cancellation of this contract will result in an applicable fee assessment, which will be billed in accordance with the Contract Cancellation Fee schedule.

This Housing Contract (this “Contract”) should be read carefully and not accepted until the housing fee payment is secure. Once payment is secured this contracted will be electronically signed by the Student (and the Parent or Legal Guardian as a guarantor of Student’s obligations under this Contract if Student is under age 18).
