We entered into a sales agreement, dated February 8, 2021, with Stifel, Nicolaus & Company, Incorporated (“Stifel”) as sales agent, and Roth Capital Partners, LLC (“Roth”, and together with Stifel, the “Agents”) as sales agent, for whom Stifel is acting as representative, relating to our common shares offered by the prospectus supplement dated February 8, 2021 and the accompanying prospectus dated December 2, 2020.
