This Amended and Restated Renewable Energy Power Purchase Agreement, (the “Agreement”) is made and effective as of March , 2011 (“Effective Date”) by and between the Northern California Power Agency, a joint powers agency established pursuant to the laws of the State of California (“Buyer” or “NCPA”), and Western GeoPower, Inc., a corporation organized and existing pursuant to the laws of the State of California (“Seller”).
