In this Agreement the following terms shall have the following meanings and by signing and dating an “Invo” Business Service Agreement and/or a request for the provision of services the customer is entering into a contractual and enforceable agreement; it is accepted by Invo that the signing party is authorised to sign the agreement and/or contract and has read and agreed to these terms and conditions and that they are legally binding and enforceable. All services and products supplied by Invo are subject upon these terms and conditions.
