("Tenant") and Louise Beck Properties, Inc. ("Agent"). IN CONSIDERATION of the mutual covenants and promises set forth herein, Tenant hereby contracts with Agent, and Agent hereby contracts with Tenant, to market the property described below, (the ''Property''), in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations, upon the terms and conditions contained herein.
