THIS MASTER LEASE (the “Lease”) entered into as of February 28, 2011 by and between Pueblo, a Municipal Corporation (the "Lessor") and Pueblo Economic Development Corporation, a Colorado nonprofit corporation (the "Lessee"), WITNESSETH:
