T he following terms and conditions shall govern all charter flights operated by Sun Air Jets, LLC, a California Limited Liability Corporation, having an office at 855 Aviation Drive, Camarillo, California 03801 ("SAJ"), and each and every charter customer (each, a "Client") who executes a charter quote with SAJ, unless such charter quote contains terms and conditions that specifically replace those set forth below.
