With the establishment of this Agreement, Banterra Bank has given gifts, through the Naming Rights and Sponsorship Agreement between the parties, to the Board of Trustees of Southern Illinois University on behalf of Southern Illinois University for the creation of the Banterra Scholarship Fund. This fund shall remain open for future gifts and will be subject to the conditions and provisions of this Agreement.
