THIS CONTRACT, made and entered into by and between the LOUISVILLE/JEFFERSON COUNTY METRO GOVERNMENT, herein referred to as “METRO GOVERNMENT”, and GOOGLE FIBER KENTUCKY, LLC, with offices located at 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043, herein referred to as “FRANCHISEE”, each of which is a “Party” and together the “Parties,” as of April 15, 2019 (the “Effective Date”).
