This Data Processing Addendum (the “DPA”), dated as of the date of the last signature below (the “DPA Effective Date”), forms part of dmarcian’s Terms of Service, which are available at https://dmarcian.com/terms-of-service/, entered into by and between dmarcian, Inc. (“dmarcian”) and (“Customer”) under which dmarcian provides certain Domain Message Authentication, Reporting & Conformance (DMARC) services (“Services”) to Customer, unless Customer has entered into a superseding written master subscription agreement with dmarcian regarding the Services, in which case, this DPA forms a part of such written agreement (in either case, the “Agreement”). All capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the Agreement. Except as modified below, the terms of the Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
