This is an agreement (“Agreement”) between (the “Account Owner”) and Ramsey County, a political subdivision of the State of Minnesota by the Information & Public Records Administration department, with offices at 90 W. Plato Blvd., P.O. Box 64099 Saint Paul, MN, 55164-0099 (the “County”). This agreement governs the terms and conditions for escrow accounts maintained by the County for the benefit of organizations doing document recording or other business with the County.
