This ForgeRock Identity Cloud Subscription Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made by and between ForgeRock US, Inc. (“ForgeRock”), a Delaware corporation having offices at 201 Mission Street, Suite 2900, San Francisco, CA 94105 and the entity identified in the applicable Order Form (as defined below) that shall access the ForgeRock Identity Cloud (as defined below) hereunder (“Customer”). This Agreement shall become effective upon the execution of an Order Form (as defined below) that incorporates its terms (the “Agreement Effective Date”).
