Cancellation: In the event Lessee cancels this order less than 24 hours prior to show, lessee will be charged a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the show rental price on the subject equipment- plus handling charges. 2. Risk of Loss: While in the custody of Lessee, Lessee is responsible for equipment and agrees to reimburse lessor the full cost of replacement of equipment. Replacement equipment costs includes; labor for repair of damaged equipment, parts for repair of damaged equipment, total replacement of damaged equipment, whichever may be applicable. 3.
