For the purposes of these STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE, the term “contract” shall mean the agreement between Microscan Systems Inc. (“Supplier”) and Buyer arising as a result of Buyer’s submission of an order for Supplier's products. Such contract shall be deemed to incorporate and be governed by these Terms and Conditions.
