This First Amendment to Reciprocal Easement Agreement (“Amendment”) is entered into this day of July, 2018 (the “Effective Date”) by and between Morningside Broadway, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, 1149 Broadway, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105 (“MB”) Morningside Maiden Lane, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, 1149 Broadway, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105 (“MM”) and Morningside Nine99, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, 1149 Broadway, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105 (“Nine99”). MB, MM and Nine99, together and their successors and assigns, are sometimes referred to herein collectively as the “Parties” and individually as a “Party.”
