(“Effective Date”), is made by and between the State Road and Tollway Authority, a body corporate and politic and instrumentality of the State of Georgia, whose address is 245 Peachtree Center Avenue, Suite 2200, Atlanta, GA 30303 (“SRTA”) and Cobb County, Georgia, whose address is 150 N. Marietta Parkway, Marietta, Georgia, 30060 for the benefit of Cobb County’s Medical Examiner and Coroner Emergency Services (the “Agency”). SRTA and the Agency may be referred to individually as “Party” or collectively as “Parties.”
