THIS EXCLUSIVE BROKERAGE CONTRACT (“Contract”), is entered into as of the 6th day of September, 2017 (the “Start Date”), by and between Missouri Rail Group, LLC, d/b/a Ozark Mountain Railcar (hereinafter “OMR”), and Mary Jo Jensen-Carter, Trustee of the Bankruptcy Estate of Leslie Kasten #16-32259 (hereinafter “Client”).
