These conditions apply to the Agreement (referred to as 'this Agreement') between the customer and AIB Group (UK) p.l.c., trading as First Trust Bank,for using any First Trust Bank Visa Card/MasterCard or INTO (Irish National Teachers Organisation) Visa Card or ICAI (The Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland) Gold MasterCard, but excluding any Card which includes the ‘Options’ features and benefits. Within this Agreement some words have special meanings:
