THIS IS AN AGREEMENT effective as of January 2022 (“Effective Date”) between Town of Alderson (“Owner”) and The Thrasher Group, Inc. (“Engineer”). Owner's Project, of which Engineer's services under this Agreement are a part, is generally identified as follows: Water Treatment Plant Flood Mitigation Project Other terms used in this Agreement are defined in Article 7. Engineer's services under this Agreement are generally identified as follows: The design of a new 700 gpm surface water treatment plant including an alternate raw water source from Muddy Creek to the new water plant. This agreement is for Study and Report, Design, Bidding and Negotiation, Project Representation, Engineering during Construction, Post Construction and Special Services for all work.
