The undersigned Participant and Co-Participant acknowledges that participation in a car show, either as a participant, volunteer, or employee, exposes the Participant(s) to a serious risk of property damage and/or personal injury. Participant(s) expressly acknowledges that his/her participation in the car show can involve such a hazard. The undersigned, in consideration of accepting this entry, does hereby for himself, his heirs, executors and administrator waive and release the organizers of the Wallowa Mountain Cruise and The Joseph Chamber of Commerce, their officers and all individual members thereof, and all other persons herein their representatives, heirs, executors, administrators and assigns from any and all right, claim or liability for any kind or nature, that they might have. Further, I do hereby acknowledge that said release will extend to any accidents, damages, or claims arising out of my entry, caused by my own acts or acts of anyone or any animal within my care, custod
