Subject to final approval by the Court, this Joint Stipulation and Settlement Agreement is between Spencer Norman (“Plaintiff”) on behalf of himself and others similarly situated and Defendants B&H Global Marketing, LLC and Golden State Crushing (“Defendants”). Plaintiff and Defendants are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”
