This Amended Class Action and PAGA Settlement Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between plaintiff Joshua Keith Seidel (“Plaintiff”) and defendant AIDS Healthcare Foundation (“AHF”). The Agreement refers to Plaintiff and AHF collectively as “Parties,” or individually as “Party.”
