The Ohio State University, on behalf of the Office of International Affairs (“OSU”) and University XYZ- (“International Institution”), in accordance with a mutual desire to promote further cooperation between International Institution and OSU, have found it mutually beneficial to initiate the following cooperative exchange of students pursuant to the terms of this Student Exchange Agreement (“SEA”).
