The Health & Human Services Commission ("Receiving Agency" or the "System Agency") and Texas A&M University Health Science Center (hereinafter a health-related institution under the administration of Texas A&M University, a member of The Texas A&M University System, an agency of the State of Texas, on behalf of the A&M Rural and Community Health Institute (hereinafter - having a principal place of business at 2700 Earl Rudder Frwy. S., Suite 3000, College Station, TX 77845 ("Performing Agency"), each a "Party" and collectively the "Parties," enter into the following contract for Patient Safety Organization, Physician, and Nursing Review services (the "Contract") pursuant to the provisions of "The Interagency Cooperation Act," Chapter 771 of the Texas Government Code.
