In the interest of reaching agreement to record the audio from the live performances of AN AMERIAN SOLDIER from May 12-1S, 2024 for release of a commercial recording to promote contemporary American opera, build new audiences and to provide potential new revenue streams that support World Trade Center Performing Arts Center Inc. d/b/a Perelman Performing Arts Center(“PAC”); PAC’s co-producer on AN AMERICAN SOLDIER, American Composers Orchestra (“ACO”); and future opera productions at PAC, the American Guild of Musical Artists (“AGMA”) and PAC agree to the following terms for this project only.
