The Early Intervention Provider Relief Program will provide a one-time grant payment to eligible Early Intervention (“EI”) program provider agencies. EI providers assist children with special health care needs from infancy through to the age of three (3) by offering a range of developmental interventions, clinical treatments, and parent education focused on improving the developmental outcomes for Rhode Island children (“Provider”).
