THIS LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is made and entered into as of August 8, 2022, by and among (i) St. Cloud Apartments Managers, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, as the Class B Member (the “Class B Member”), (ii) Yieldwink Realty LLC, a Delaware limited liability company as the Manager (the “Manager”) and
