WHEREAS the City and EDGEPRo Sports and Entertainment Ltd. (“EDGEPRo”) are parties to the CN Centre Licence Agreement dated for reference February 9, 2010, as assigned to EDGEPRo under an Assignment and Assumption of Licence and Licensor’s Consent dated for reference March 26, 2014 (the “CN Centre Licence Agreement”), under which EDGEPRo and its Western Hockey League (“WHL”) franchise team, the Prince George Cougars (the “Cougars”), have a licence to use and occupy the City’s CN Centre;
