This ADVERTISING AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is entered into by and between the Association of Zoos and Aquariums, a West Virginia non-profit corporation located at 8403 Colesville Road, Suite 710, Silver Spring, Maryland 20910 (“Publisher”) and
