/ us at my / our request, I / We undertake and agree that we will not rely on the Customer Information Report for its accuracy or completeness and will not hold the Bank liable for any errors, omissions, understatement, overstatement of balances or whatsoever contained in the Customer Information Report produced at my / our request; and I / we agree to indemnify the Bank for its liability incurred, if any, to any third party for any loss, damages, all reasonable amount of costs and expenses howsoever arising from the issuance of the Customer Information Report.
