This Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) forms an integral part of, and is subject to, the Coralogix Master Subscription Terms (“Principal Agreement”), entered into by and between Coralogix Ltd., with offices located at 156 Menachem Begin Rd. Tel Aviv, Israel, and/or its Affiliates (“Coralogix”) and the below signed entity and/or its Affiliates (“Customer”). The DPA together with the Principal Agreement are collectively referred to as the “Agreement". Coralogix and Customer are hereinafter jointly referred to as “Parties” and individually as “Party”. Capitalized terms not otherwise defined herein shall have the meaning given to them in the Principal Agreement.
