The following terms (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Huawei regarding the HUAWEI Wallet Kit Service. This Agreement is a supplementary agreement to the HUAWEI Developer Service Agreement and Agreement on Use of Huawei APIs. The three agreements jointly establish the rights that you are entitled to and the obligations that you shall assume when using the HUAWEI Wallet Kit Service. By clicking "I Agree" below this Agreement or using the HUAWEI Wallet Kit Service under this Agreement, you shall be deemed to have fully understood and fully accepted the terms of this Agreement, the Agreement on Use of Huawei APIs, and the HUAWEI Developer Service Agreement as of the day that you accept the terms of this Agreement, register the HUAWEI Wallet Kit Service, and begin using the HUAWEI Wallet Kit Service ("Effective Date").
