A, Tongfang Information Harbor, No. 11 Langshan Road, Shenzhen Hi-tech Industrial Park North, Nanshan District, Shenzhen 518057, P. R. China Mai Office Tower, Financial Park Labuan Jalan Merdeka, 87000 Labuan F.T., Malaysia, entered into a contract agreement whereby CMS became responsible for activities in one or several countries (hereinafter "the Territory" – See Appendix 1) for one or more drug products (hereinafter "the Product" - See Appendix 1) on behalf of BIOCODEX who is the Marketing Authorization Holder in the Territory.
