The following agreement outlines the rates, terms and conditions by which the Tour operator may package and sell the specified Hotel. This agreement is applicable to all individual/FIT reservations (4 rooms or less) made by the Tour Operator. The rates contained herein are NOT valid unless this contractual agreement is signed and returned to Three Sixty Hotels & Resorts Ltd. From here on Blue Waters will be known as the Hotel.
