This CONTRACT (hereinafter called the “Contract”) is made between Slovak Environment Agency (SEA), on the one hand, having its offices at Tajovskeho 28, 975 90 Banska Bystrica, Slovak Republic, on behalf of the Basel Convention Regional Centre for Training and Technology Transfer for Central and Eastern Europe in Slovakia (BCRC- Slovakia), having its offices at Karloveska 2, 840 00, Bratislava, Slovak Republic (hereinafter called the “Client”), represented by SEA Director General and, on the other hand, Mrs. Tatiana Tugui, passport number (hereinafter called the “Consultant”), having its principal place of business at str. Drumul Schinoasei Str-la 1, nr. 8, mun. Chişinău, Republic of Moldova (hereinafter called the “Consultant”).
