made and entered into as of the Effective Date by and between Class Technologies, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Company” or “Class”) with its principal place of business at 1717 N Street, NW, Suite #1, Washington, DC. 20036 USA and the Customer identified on the associated Order Form. Company and Customer are each referred to herein as a “Party” and are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.” In consideration of the mutual promises and covenants contained herein, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt, sufficiency, and adequacy of which are hereby acknowledged, the Parties hereby agree as follows:
