All affiliated employees covered by this Agreement shall be subject to the union security provisions contained in the applicable Schedule A local agreements (if any), as amended from time to time, but only for the period of time during which they are performing on-site Project Work and ·only to the extent of tendering payment of the applicable union dues uniformly required for union membership in the Local Union, signatory to this Agreement, which represents the craft in which the employee is performing Project Work. No employee shall be discriminated against because of the employee's union membership or lack thereof. In the case of unaffiliated employees, , there shall be no payment of dues or agency shop feesthe dues payment will, where permitted by law, be received by the Unions as an agency shop fee.
