This Legal Support Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered between you (“You” or “Your” or “Attorney”) and Amata Management, LLC, an Illinois limited liability company (“Amata”), effective as of the date of your agreement to the terms of this Agreement (“Effective Date”). By using Amata’s legal support services, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. After execution, this Agreement may be modified from time to time and such modifications will be posted on the Amata Law Office Suites website (https://amatacorp.com/frontpage/) (“Website”) without additional notice to you. You consent to the modifications by using and continuing to use the legal support services after such modifications are posted on the Website and email notification is sent to the email address provided by you and on file with Amata.
